Golden Gate Grind MTB Stage Race - Cross Country -
June 12th, 2005
Thank you to all the racers, volunteers, CO State Parks and spectators that came out to support our 2nd anual Golden Gate Grind MTB.     Although the weather was rainy and cold, a few braved the conditions for an epic ride in the mountains.    

Race Notes -
* In the mens Pro/Semi pro race, early leaders Travis Brown and Nick Ranno suffered flats allowing the Maverick train to clean house. Mike West found redemtion after multiple flats last year, he was able to muscle his way to the win this year.
* As the rain showers persisted in the afternoon, the consensus was to cancel the last set of races for the Beginners and Sport women.
* Race Photos - Robert Randall Productions was shooting pictures of the event. Here's a link to check out the GGG Race Photos.

Overall, it was a fantastic day of racing and we hope to see everyone next year.
